By purchasing any digital product from our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Product Access
   All products are delivered digitally via email or direct download upon successful payment. No physical item will be shipped.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
   All content, systems, frameworks, and materials are the sole intellectual property of MAIUS, LLC.
   You are purchasing a single-use license for personal or internal business use only.
   Any form of redistribution, resale, file sharing, or unauthorized public access is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action. We monitor for infringement and will actively enforce our rights.

3. No Refunds
   Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all sales are final. Once access is granted, the product is considered consumed and non-refundable.

4. Customer Responsibility
   It is your responsibility to ensure the email used at checkout is accurate and that your device can open standard file formats (PDF, Notion, etc.).

5. Violation of Terms
   We reserve the right to revoke access, take legal action, and pursue damages if these terms are violated. Unauthorized use or distribution will be pursued to the fullest extent under applicable laws.

6. Modifications
   We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products implies acceptance of any changes.
